On the Road!

We hit the road!! Several roads had been closed because of flooding from all the rain. We were lucky the road we took was pretty flooded but we made it through!

South Dakota was SO green!! Actually everything was! It was a beautiful drive!!

We took an exit too soon.  Leave it to Ron...instead of turning around he just took the dirt road!

We saw some pretty interesting things!!

And the destruction from the tornado that went through Moore, OK a couple weeks ago! (Dang slow camera! Maybe I can get a better picture on the way home.)  The aftermath was crazy! You could see right where it went through. All there was was ruble, on either side of that it was completely normal. You never would have known the tornado came through! 

Payden was sooo happy when we got to the hotel and he could run and run and run!!

 

Landon drove us to breakfast in the morning!

We finally made it to Texas!! We survived the last 40 miles by rolling the windows down and the music up!
