We got up early after graduation and headed to Corpus so we could spend the day at the beach!
Oh! What A Day!!
One thing after another!
Our 5 our trip took nearly 7 hours!
Stop to get a marker light for the van.
A 45 minute potty break.
A stop for lunch 15 miles down the road after that.
But we finally made it
...and Tim locked his keys in the car
There was Payden who couldn't get enough of the water. He'd run and fall get a mouth full of salt water. Then laugh and do it all over again like it was nothing!!
Landon enjoyed it too. He's not as big of a fish as the other two. He had to have someone to hold on to and wouldn't let go!! He liked digging in the sand and building sand castles the best!
Madilyn loved going out and jumping the waves! She wanted to be in the water the entire time. She would go wander off on her own or find aunts and uncles to take her out as far as she dared!!
And then it dumped on us!! We still had s'mores and homemade root beer!!
Thank goodness for Uncle David to keep Ronald busy!! The guys played a few rounds of horse shoes in the rain!
It turned out to be a great time!!
